ABOUT
I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Notre Dame, studying nuclear structure with Dr. Ani Aprahamian. Currently, I'm looking to begin my career in Data Science/Analytics.
PROGRAMMING
I have switched my daily language to Python3.x. I'm also working with some SQL querying, and weaning myself off my FORTRAN and Mathematica codes from my thesis research. My current research focuses primarily on data analysis and intuitive visualizations.
PROJECTS
My contributions in graduate school have mainly been quality-of-life improvements and propietary scripts for my research group to aid in batch calculations of important quantities.
- TRAPPER — a calculator for reduced transition probabilities between nuclear states, based on the measurement of level lifetimes.
- Loan_Repayment — a utility I created to analyze student loan repayment plans, assuming I could put X percent extra towards the principal every month.
